Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

The class schedule will be posted soon.  There is a requested $5 donation per class.  There will be yoga mats available for those looking to simply try it out.  Feel free to call or contact with any questions. Classes are led by registered yoga trainer (RYT 200).  Students will experience a stress free environment.

Vinyasa flow yoga gives your body much MORE of a “workout” than if you go to the gym. It works 100% of your body, as opposed to, running which works about 10% of your body, tennis-about 15%, swimming-about 15%, or ballet-about 30%. You don’t need to be flexible, graceful, athletic, or have “talent.” All you need is yourself, a yoga mat, a clear intention, and your breath.
